Rosa’s Kitchen is a Southtown taco truck rooted in the flavors of Coahuila, Mexico. Named after the family matriarch, the business has become a beloved part of the San Antonio community. This rebrand preserves the warmth and authenticity of the brand while introducing a more refined, contemporary visual identity. The result honors its cultural roots while strengthening its presence as a growing local staple.
